Instructions for Burning

Smoke & Fire

The fire burns the sandalwood
Purpose fulfilled is more than good
The wood consumed turned to smoke
The scent a memory awoke
And so ever what is burned away
Becomes a new remembered day
Burn off what binds you but recall
From What you’re freed, now tell all
